How do I view messages in the FordPass®* App?

If both your Account tab and Message Center tab have dot indicators, this means you have a new message in the app. To locate any in-app messages for your account, use the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Account landing page.
  2. Select Message Center.
  3. Tap the respective message you want to view. 

Note: Unread messages have a dot at the end of the subject line.
