How do I use the Vehicle Service Reservation feature?

Vehicle Service Reservations can be done using the FordPass®* App as well as the Ford Support website. Select your preferred method below for the correct steps.

Vehicle Service Reservation Options

Vehicle Service Reservation through FordPass

  1. Log in to the FordPass App. 
  2. Select the Service screen.
  3. Tap Schedule Service
  4. Select your desired services from the icons provided. 
    Note: If your desired service is not on the list provided, select the Need a diagnosis? section under General Appointment to request further services.
  5. Choose your preferred reservation type from the following selections:
    • In-Person
      • You personally bring your vehicle to your preferred dealer.
      • After scheduling your reservation, you will be presented with options for additional transportation. 
    • Mobile Service
      • You will be visited by a Ford expert technician to perform light or minor repairs.
      • Mobile service options may vary between dealerships. 
    • Pickup & Delivery
      • Your vehicle will be picked up by a Ford expert technician to work on repairs/services.
      • Once the service is completed, the vehicle will be delivered to you. 
  6. Select your reservation time details for the following:
    • Date
    • Dealership and Time
      Important: Dealerships displayed with no time and date are not a part of the online vehicle service reservation program yet. You may opt to call these dealerships directly. 
  7. Press Continue
  8. Confirm your reservation on the Reservation Summary screen after reviewing the following information: 
    • Services (which also includes pricing)
    • Appointment type
    • Dealership
    • Date and time
    • Notification preferences
      Note: Selections can be edited from this page. 
  9. Select Schedule

Once scheduled, you will be directed to a final confirmation of your reservation. 

Vehicle Service Reservation through the Ford Support Website

  1. Log in to ford.com/support using your FordPass App credentials. 
    Note: If you are not logged in, you will need to fill out the Customer Information screen to proceed. 
  2. Click Support and Service
  3. Select Service and Maintenance
  4. Click Find a Dealer
  5. Choose a Dealership that has Schedule Service as an option. 
  6. Select your vehicle that requires service. 
  7. Choose your desired services from the icons provided. 
    Note: If your desired service is not on the list provided, select the Need a diagnosis? section under General Appointment to request further services.
  8. Choose your preferred reservation type from the following selections:
    • In-Person
      • You personally bring your vehicle to your preferred dealer.
      • After scheduling your reservation, you will be presented with options for additional transportation.
