How Do I Adjust the Ford Pre-Collision Assist Alert Sensitivity?

If you perceive pre-collision assist alerts as being too frequent, you can reduce the alert sensitivity, though Ford recommends using the highest sensitivity setting where possible. Setting lower sensitivity would lead to fewer and delayed system warnings.

To adjust the Pre-Collision alert sensitivity:

  1. Scroll to Driver Assist using the five-way controls on your steering wheel.
