Ford roadside assistancefor electric vehicles offers complimentary towing to the nearest charging station, the nearest Ford EV-certified dealer, or your home (within 50 miles) if your EV runs out of charge. This service is available for the first five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. Request assistance through FordPass® or reach us at 1-800-241-3673.

Use the FordPass® app to find electric vehicle charging stations along your route, including the more than 200,000 public chargers included in the BlueOval® Charge Network. 

With the BlueOval® Charge Network, activating public charging with the FordPass® app is easy. Just  follow these steps. Once you've added your payment method in the app, you can simply plug in at stations that support Plug & Charge and payment will happen automatically.

Through the Ford Power Promise, Ford is offering a complimentary home charging station with standard installation when you purchase or lease a new Ford electric vehicle. *   Public charging stations are typically pay-per-use, but the FordPass® app can help by showing live pricing and availability for chargers in the BlueOval® Charge Network.

Not all electric vehicles can, but Ford electric vehicle drivers have access to 20,000 designated Tesla Superchargers when using the available Ford NACS Fast Charging Adapter. Use the FordPass® app to locate Tesla Superchargers along with all other chargers included in the BlueOval® Charge Network.
