Does Roadside Assistance have EV-specific benefits?
Ford roadside assistance for electric vehicles offers complimentary towing to the nearest charging station, the nearest Ford EV-certified dealer, or your home (within 50 miles) if your EV runs out of charge. This service is available for the first five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. Request assistance through FordPass® or reach us at 1-800-241-3673.

Not all electric vehicles can, but Ford electric vehicle drivers have access to 20,000 designated Tesla Superchargers when using the available Ford NACS Fast Charging Adapter. Use the FordPass® app to locate Tesla Superchargers along with all other chargers included in the BlueOval® Charge Network.
