If you recently purchased a select 2021 model year or newer vehicle, you can schedule your one-on-one live video virtual tour with a Ford vehicle expert on the Ford Support site.
Note: The link is also in the email you received about the Guided Virtual Tour.
To schedule a Guided Virtual Tour:
- Log in to your Ford account.
- Select Discover Your Ford.
- Choose New Appointment.
- Select your preferred appointment time.
Notes:- The appointment will automatically be set up 24 hours or more in the future at the earliest time that is available. You can choose a different day or time if you prefer.
- You will not be offered an appointment that is earlier than 24 hours from the current time. Dates and times that are unavailable will be grayed out.
- Choose Confirm.
- Select the plus sign (+) next to any of the topics you would like to discuss during the appointment.
- Choose Next.
- Enter your name, email address, and mobile number in the applicable fields.
- Select a preferred communication method under Send Me Reminders.
- Choose Next. The screen should display "Your appointment is confirmed."
- Select Done to complete your appointment. Your appointment is scheduled, and you should receive a confirmation email shortly.
Note: You can select Modify Appointment to go back and change your appointment if needed.
