How do I order a Ford Mustang Mach-E or Mustang Mach-E GT?

You can order the Mustang Mach-E GT and Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition online or through a Ford Electric-Vehicle (EV)-Certified Dealer^*.

If you have a reservation

If you reserved a Mustang Mach-E GT or Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Ford Account at Ford.com.
2. Proceed to the My Profile Page.
3. Click on Reservations and Orders and follow the instructions.

Note: If you were a reservation holder for the Mustang Mach-E (non-GT model), you had until April 9, 2021, to convert your 2021 Mustang Mach-E orders. If no action was taken, your reservation was canceled and your deposit was returned to your credit/debit card. 

If you do not have a reservation

To place an order online without a reservation for a Mustang Mach-E, Mustang Mach-E GT, or Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Mustang Mach-E homepage on Ford.com.
2. Click on the ORDER NOW button.
3. Select an EV-Certified Ford Dealer.
4. Create your preferred Mustang Mach-E vehicle configuration.
5. Log in to your Ford Account or create a Ford Account.
6. Enter a method of payment and your address to send a deposit to your selected Ford Dealer.

Notes: 

• A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
• The order will be sent to your selected Ford Dealer for processing.
