How do I log in to my Ford or FordPass®* account?
You can log in to your Ford account on the Ford website or your FordPass account on the FordPass App.
Important:
- Your login credentials are the same for your Ford and FordPass App accounts.
- You must already have created a Ford account or a FordPass App account to log in.
Signing in to Your Ford Account
Choose a dropdown below based on your preferred sign-in method:
Through the Ford Website Using a Computer
To sign in to your Ford account on the Ford website using a computer:
- Go to ford.com.
- Select the Account icon

- Click Sign In.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Choose Sign In.
You are now signed in and can navigate Ford.ca through a customized experience tailored to your account.

Through the Ford Website Using a Mobile Device
To sign in to your Ford account on the Ford website using a mobile device:
- Go to ford.com.
- Tap the Menu dropdown.
- Select My Account.
- Choose Sign In.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Tap Sign In.
You are now signed in and can navigate Ford.ca through a customized experience tailored to your account.

Through the FordPass App
To sign in to your FordPass account on the FordPass App:
- Open the FordPass App.
- Select Sign In.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Tap Sign In.
You are now signed in to your FordPass account. You will remain logged in on your device unless you manually log out of the FordPass App.
