How do I add a vehicle to my Ford account?

You can attach a vehicle to your Ford account on the Ford Support website.

Adding a Vehicle On the Ford Support Website

Select the method you are using from the drop-down options below to learn how to attach a vehicle to your Ford account.

Using a Computer

To add a vehicle to your Ford account using a PC or Mac:

  1. Visit the Ford Support website.
  2. Choose the Profile icon Profile icon.
  3. Select Sign In.
  4. Enter your Email and Password.
  5. Choose Log In.
  6. Select the Profile icon.
  7. Choose <Your Name's> Account.
  8. Select Add Vehicle +.
  9. Input your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and optional nickname.
  10. Choose Update.

Using a Mobile Device

To add a vehicle to your Ford account using a cell phone or tablet:

  1. Visit the Ford Support website.
  2. Select the Menu icon Menu icon.
  3. Choose My Account.
  4. Select Sign In.
  5. Enter your Email and Password.
  6. Choose Sign In.
  7. Select the Menu icon.
  8. Choose My Account.
  9. Select <Your Name's> Account.
  10. Choose Add Vehicle +.
  11. Input your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and optional nickname.
  12. Select Update.
