Where can I find my Ford's keyless entry code?
Before you begin, make sure you have the two programmed intelligent access keys that came with your vehicle. If you don’t have a second key, contact your Ford Dealer and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Let’s begin:
- Place the first programmed key in the backup slot.*
- Press the START/STOP button once. Wait five seconds.
- Press the START/STOP button again. Remove the key.
- Now, insert the second programmed key. Press the START/STOP button.
Once you have completed all four steps, the factory-set code will appear in the instrument cluster located above your steering wheel for a few seconds. Make sure you are ready to record the information.
