How do I lock or unlock my Ford vehicle?
There are multiple ways to manually or remotely lock or unlock your vehicle, including the Ford app and using your key fob. See the options below for more details.
Manual Options
| Manual Lock/Unlock Options | Lock/Unlock Method |
| Physical Key | Insert your key into the outside door keyhole and turn it to the left (lock) or right (unlock). The keyhole can be located on or near your driver's door handle. |
| In-Vehicle Door Locks | Press the physical lock or unlock buttons inside your vehicle. |

Remote Options

| SYNC/Ford App | When on the Vehicle screen of the Ford app, press and hold the Lock or Unlock icon. |
