How do I contact Ford Roadside Assistance?

Roadside Assistance is included during the first five years or 60,000 miles from your vehicle's Warranty Start Date (whichever comes first) and with most Ford Protect Extended Service Plans.

To find warranty information for your vehicle, visit the Ford Support website and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

To contact Roadside Assistance Customer Service, call 800-241-3673 and provide your: 

  • Location.
  • VIN.
  • Vehicle make, model, and color.
  • License plate number.

Through the Ford App

Notes: For best assistance when requesting Roadside Assistance, we recommend you have your vehicle added to the Ford app and have it activated.

  1. Log in to the Ford app.
  2. Tap the Tool icon to go to the Service dashboard.
  3. Scroll down to the Ford emergency services and tap Roadside Assistance.
  4. Create the roadside assistance request with all necessary information.
  5. Tap Submit Request.
