How do I lock and unlock my Ford vehicle remotely?

1. Log in to the Ford app.
2. Go to the Vehicle screen.
3. Tap the Lock or Unlock icon. 

The request will load, your vehicle status will change, and a green check mark will appear on the icon you selected.

Note: Ford app Customer Experience Specialists do not have access to your remote commands. They are unable to unlock, lock, or control your vehicle.

1. Open the Ford app on your smartwatch screen.
2. Select your vehicle.
3. Access the remote command screen.
   • Apple^® Watch users - Swipe down to the second screen.
   • Android^™ smartwatch users - Swipe left to the second screen.
4. Press the Lock or Unlock icon.

Once the command is successful, a green check will replace the icon.

Select the Lock or Unlock button on your key fob.
