Why does FordPass®* say I have a message, but nothing appears?
If you receive an alert that advises of a new message, but there are no new messages, ensure that have the latest version of FordPass installed.
To check for FordPass updates on your device:
- Open your respective app store.
- App Store®** for iOS®*** devices.
- Google Play™**** for Android™***** devices.
- Search for FordPass.
- Select Update if the option appears.
Note: If one of the following options appears, you have the latest app version available for your device:
- Open
- Launch
- Run
- Open FordPass once your update completes.
- Check your Message Center again to confirm the issue is now resolved.
