Why does FordPass®* say I have a message, but nothing appears?

If you receive an alert that advises of a new message, but there are no new messages, ensure that have the latest version of FordPass installed.

To check for FordPass updates on your device:

  1. Open your respective app store.
    • App Store®** for iOS®*** devices. 
    • Google Play™**** for Android™***** devices. 
  2. Search for FordPass. 
  3. Select Update if the option appears.

Note: If one of the following options appears, you have the latest app version available for your device:

  • Open
  • Launch
  • Run 
  1. Open FordPass once your update completes. 
  2. Check your Message Center again to confirm the issue is now resolved.
