What do I do if I am having Phone As A Key™* setup issues after reinstalling the FordPass® App?

  1. Ensure your vehicle is parked in an open space and the engine is on.
  2. Check your smartphone's Bluetooth Settings for any Phone As A Key pairings.
    • If your phone is paired, this will show as the last 5 digits of your VIN and the vehicle's model name.
  3. If your phone is paired, manually delete the pairing.
  4. Perform a Phone As A Key Reset.
  5. Setup Phone As A Key.
