You don’t have to walk to the nearest station with Ford Roadside Assistance. Where available, we’ll deliver up to five gallons of fuel to get you back on your way. If you’re locked out, we’ll be there to unlock your vehicle so you don’t stay off the road longer than you have to.
Get Back on the Road
Towing Assistance
As long as your vehicle is within 100 feet of a road, we’ll pull it out and, if necessary, tow it to at Ford dealership.

Tire and Battery Assistance
If you find your vehicle has a flat tire or dead battery, help is just a call away. Ford Roadside Assistance will help mount your spare tire or give your vehicle a jumpstart. If needed, we’ll also tow it to the nearest Ford Dealership.

What services are covered under Roadside Assistance?
Roadside Assistance is included during the first five years or 60,000 miles from your vehicle's Warranty Start Date and with most Ford Protect Extended Service Plans.
You can reach Roadside Assistance at 800-241-3673. The program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and includes:
- Towing
- Flat tire change
- Battery jump-start
- Fuel Delivery
- Lockout Assistance
- Winching
How do I claim a refund with Roadside Assistance?
Roadside Assistance is included during the first five years or 60,000 miles from your vehicle's Warranty Start Date and with most Ford Protect Extended Service Plans. If you need to arrange roadside services on your own, Ford Motor Company will reimburse a reasonable amount for towing to the nearest dealership within 50 miles.

Yes, you can. However, there will be a per-service charge associated with any services provided.
How can I contact Roadside Assistance?
Contact Roadside Assistance Customer Service, call 800-241-3673 and provide:
- Your location
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Vehicle make, model, and color
- License plate number
