How do I change my Ford Credit statement delivery?

You can switch between paper and paperless statements in the Ford Credit Mobile App or in Account Manager.

Overview

There are two ways to change your statement delivery method. 

Ford Credit Mobile App

  1. Download the Ford Credit Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Once the app is downloaded, click Sign In to enter your username and password.
  3. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
  4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to “Don’t have an account?” on the login page.
  5. After you sign in, select Settings from the bottom menu.
  6. Select Paperless Statements.
  7. Toggle on or off Paperless statements.

Account Manager

  1. Go to accountmanager.ford.com.
  2. Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
  3. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
  4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to Sign In button on the Ford Credit login page.
  5. After you sign in, select Notification Settings.
  6. Under Paperless Statements, toggle on or off Paperless Statements.
  7. Select Save Changes.

Additional Information

  • Statements will be sent approximately 17 to 20 days before your next due date.
