How can I switch my Ford Credit statements from paper to electronic (or from electronic to paper statements)?
If signing in from the Ford Credit Mobile App
- Sign in to the mobile app
- Select Settings from the bottom menu
- Select the Paperless Statements Tile in the Account settings and Preferences section.
If signing in through Account Manager
Please follow these steps to set up how statements are received:
- Sign in to Account Manager.
- Select the Settings tab. The Settings page will display.
- Select Notification Preferences
- To change the Statements settings under Paperless Statements, select the radio button for which method you would like (paper or paperless).
- Click on Save Changes
Statements will be sent approximately 17 to 20 days before your next due date.
Note: All users will automatically be set to receive email notifications for Payment Received and Online Statement Available.
