2021 Ford F-150® Truck Wiper Arm Safety Recall

Certain 2021 F-150 trucks equipped with the smart wiper motor may experience inoperable or detached wiper arms.
If your vehicle is affected, you will be notified by mail to take it to a Ford Dealer (or Lincoln Retailer) to have the wiper arms inspected and replaced as required once parts are available. You can also see if your F-150 truck is included by entering your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) here.
When you receive notification that parts are available, you can book an appointment online with participating dealers in your FordPass® App or contact your local Ford Dealer. Your dealer may even be able to send a mobile technician to you, at your convenience.
