Certain 2021 F-150 trucks equipped with the smart wiper motor may experience inoperable or detached wiper arms.
You can see if your F-150 truck is included by entering your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) here.
To have the wiper arms replaced, you can book an appointment online with participating dealers in your Ford app or contact your local Ford Dealer. Your dealer may even be able to send a mobile technician to you, at your convenience.
