I have moved and need to register my vehicle in a different state. What do I do?

When you move to a new state, local laws require you to register your vehicle and secure local license plates.  While most states require a complete state-to-state title transfer, others allow registration only transfers. 

The process and required documents may vary depending on the state.  Please contact your local motor vehicle agency and let them know you need to register your vehicle, which has an active lien.

If required by your new state, please submit any necessary paperwork to us to initiate the transfer.

Documents can be uploaded through our website or sent via fax or postal mail. \

To upload through our website, please do the following:

• Sign in to Account Manager
• Select the Account Services option from the menu on the left
• Select the Register Vehicle in Another State option
• Complete Steps 1 through 4
