You can contact Roadside Assistance* by calling 1-800-241-3673 or through the Ford app**.

Note: Roadside Assistance is included during the first five years or 60,000 miles from your vehicle's warranty start date (whichever comes first) and with most Ford Protect Extended Service Plans.

Contacting Roadside Assistance

Select the method you would like to use to reach Roadside Assistance for additional information.

By Phone

Call 1-800-241-3673 and provide your: 

  • Location.
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
  • Vehicle make, model, and color.
  • License plate number.

Through the Ford App

Note: For the best Roadside Assistance experience, ensure you have added your vehicle to the Ford app and that your vehicle is activated.

  1. Log in to the Ford app.
  2. Tap the Tool icon to go to the Service dashboard.
  3. Scroll down to the Ford emergency services and tap Roadside Assistance.
  4. Create the roadside assistance request with all necessary information.
  5. Tap Submit Request.
