Home Backup Power
Your F-150 Lightning® has Your Back
No Power? No Problem
Home Backup Power automatically reverses electricity flow when the power goes out, turning your truck into a backup power source. That means you can power your home with Your F-150 Lightning during an outage for up to three days. *
Stand Up to an Outage
The F-150® Lightning® pickup with the extended-range battery can power your home for up to 3 days with Home Backup Power. *
With Home Backup Power, a Ford F-150 Lightning with extended-range battery can store as much energy as 7 Tesla Powerwalls, and costs nearly 40% less. *
When power goes out, Home Backup Power seamlessly takes over, keeping your home powered and your family feeling safe.
