How can I make a complaint about a Ford Dealer?

We hope all of Ford customers have a trouble-free vehicle ownership experience. However, should any problem occur, or in the event of any dispute, you should contact your Ford Dealer first. Although Ford can help at any stage with your request, concerns relating to your vehicle are easier to solve if you have spoken to your dealer first.

If you have an unresolved issue with a dealer:

  1. Ask to speak with the appropriate dealer manager (Service, Sales, or Parts). Explain your request to them, and why it was not resolved.
  2. If you need further help, speak, or meet with the Dealer Principal. They own the business and are responsible for its overall operation.
  3. Contact the Customer Relationship Center via Live Chat or by calling 1-800-392-3673 if your inquiry or concern remains unresolved with the dealer, so we can assist you further.
