How do I log in to my Ford or Ford app account?
You can log in to your Ford account on the Ford website or on the Ford app.
Important:
- Your login credentials are the same for your Ford website and Ford app accounts.
- You must already have created a Ford account or a Ford app account to log in.
Signing In to Your Ford Account

Through the Ford Website Using a Computer
To sign in to your Ford account on the Ford website using a computer, follow the steps below.
- Go to ford.com.
Select the Account icon.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Choose Sign In.
You are now signed in and can navigate through a customized experience tailored to your account.

To sign in to your Ford account on the Ford website using a mobile device, follow the steps below.
- Go to ford.com.

You are now signed in and can navigate through a customized experience tailored to your account.

To sign in to your Ford account on the Ford app, follow the steps below.
- Open the Ford app.
- Select Sign In.
