How do I renew my SYNC 4 Connected Navigation services?

Before the end of your SYNC^®* 4A or SYNC 4 Connected Navigation (90-day trial)^** or Connected Built-In Navigation (3 years of service) trial, you will receive alerts reminding you that your service trial will end. You will need to manually renew the service within 30 days of the expiration date.

To renew:

1. Log in to your Ford account.
2. Select the Connected Services link associated with your vehicle. If the Connected Services icon is On, you know that action is required.
3. Choose Renew.
4. Select Next to review your order and payment information.
5. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
6. Choose Complete Purchase. A receipt will be sent to you via your preferred communication method.

Notes: 

• Connected Navigation subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Credit card information is not stored.

If you do not purchase a subscription after the trial ends:

• Connected Built-In Navigation reverts to Embedded Navigation with no Connected Navigation services (e.g., live traffic).
• Connected Navigation reverts to a moving map with no destination routing functionality.
