Your vehicle needs to be able to detect your Phone As A Key to unlock the doors and must be able to find your phone clearly within the interior of the vehicle to drive.
Note: When in your vehicle, it is recommended that you move your phone toward the center of the interior (i.e., the armrest area).
The following can cause a lack of communication with your device and vehicle:
Important: Your key fob should not be left inside your vehicle. We highly recommend always taking your keys and Phone As A Key device when exiting your vehicle and locking all doors.
