How do I add a service history record to my Ford account?

1. Log in to the Ford App.
2. Go to the Service screen.
3. Select Service History.
4. Tap Add Record.
   
   Note: If records appear in your account already, select the Add button.

5. Input the following details:

   • Date
   • Mileage
   • Service Location (select one of the following):
     • Garage/Body shop
       • Services Performed
       • Inspections Performed
     • Self Service
     • Preferred Dealer (see the Setting a Preferred Dealer topic for assistance)
     • Other

   Note: If you do not see your location type listed, select Other to manually enter a location.

   • Business Name
      
6. Notes (optional)
7. Total Cost.
8. Tap Save. 

Note: You can add a receipt to your record. 

1. Go to the Ford Support website.

2. Select the Account icon (

   

   ).

3. Choose Sign In.
4. Enter your Email and Password.
5. Click Sign In.
6. Select the Account icon.
7. Choose <Your First Name> Account.
   
   Note: If you have multiple vehicles in your account, use the arrow to the right of the screen to scroll to your preferred vehicle. 
    
8. Select Go to Vehicle.
9. Choose Maintenance.
10. Select Maintenance Records.
11. Choose Add Record.
12. Input the following details:
    • Mileage
    • Date
    • Total Cost
    • Service Location
    • Services Performed
13. Add Notes if needed.
14. Read and acknowledge the privacy policy by checking the box.
15. Click Save.

4. Select Sign In.

   Note: If you have multiple vehicles in your account, swipe right on your vehicle image to scroll to your preferred vehicle.
    
10. Choose Go to Vehicle.
11. Select Maintenance.
12. Choose Maintenance Records.
13. Select Add Record.
14. Input the following details:
    1. Mileage
    2. Date
    3. Total Cost
    4. Service Location
    5. Services Performed
15. Add Notes if needed.
16. Read and acknowledge the privacy policy by checking the box.
17. Select Save.
