How do I find my Ford's Electronic Serial Number (ESN) with SYNC®* 3?

When contacting SiriusXM or attempting to update the SYNC 3 navigation maps, you will need your Electronic Serial Number (ESN). To find your ESN:

Option 1:

  1. Go to the Settings on your screen.
  2.  Select SIRIUS to view your ESN.

Option 2:

  1. Tap Audio on your screen.
  2. Tap SIRIUS.
  3. Tune the Satellite Radio to channel 0 to view your ESN.

Option 3:

  1. Go to Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
