To receive this offer you must:

1. Purchase or lease a new Ford vehicle from a participating dealer.
2. Activate your vehicle's modem.
3. Create a Ford Account within 60 days of purchase.
4. Activate your Rewards Account within 60 days of purchase.
5. Set a preferred dealer.

Note: Buyers of Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicles will receive Points for Complimentary Maintenance after enrollment and activation of Rewards Account. Modem not required. Visit a participating dealer for details.
