Recall Reference Number: 23S09
The safety of you and your passengers is key to every vehicle we build. That is why we’ve issued a recall for some 2022—2023 Bronco and Bronco Sport SUVs.
The steering gear installed on certain 2022—2023 model-year Bronco and Bronco Sport SUVs may have an internal component that was damaged during assembly.
You can see if your Bronco SUV is included by entering your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) here. If your vehicle is affected, do not drive your vehicle. Your local dealer will tow your vehicle to the dealership for repair and provide a loaner vehicle free of charge. When your vehicle is repaired, it will be returned to you immediately.
You can book an appointment online with participating dealers, in your Ford app or by contacting your local Ford Dealer.
Keeping drivers and passengers secure is a top priority at Ford. For questions or concerns about the Bronco SUV safety recall 23S09, please call us at 1-866-436-7332. A Ford Recall team member will be happy to assist you.
