Why is my Ford Credit account showing due for two payments?
The amount due shown in the Ford Credit Mobile App and Account Manager includes any payment currently due, plus the next scheduled payment. If your account is even one day past due, the total will update to include both the past-due payment and your next upcoming payment.
To pay just one payment, follow the steps below.
Ford Credit Mobile App
- Download the Ford Credit Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Once the app is downloaded, click Sign In to enter your username and password.
- If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
- If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to “Don’t have an account?” on the login page.
- Once signed in, select Make a Payment.
- Click on Change Payment Amount.
- Select Custom Amount radio button and enter the amount you wish to pay.
- Click Submit.
- If applicable, change bank account and payment date.
- Select Agree and Pay.
Account Manager Online
- Go to accountmanager.ford.com.
- Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
- If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
- If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to Sign In button on the Ford Credit login page.
- After you sign in, click Make a Payment.
- Select Change under the Total Amount Due.
- Select Previous Due or Custom Amount radio button and click Next.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- If applicable, change bank account and payment date.
- Select Agree and Pay.
