How can I find my Ford Credit account number?

You can find your Ford Credit account number on your mailed invoice or by accessing Account Manager online or the Ford Credit Mobile App.

Overview

There are three ways to find your Ford Credit account number.

Mailed Invoice

Your Ford Credit account number is on your invoice, which is mailed to the address on file 17–20 days prior to your due date. You can find it:

  • In the section titled Your Account Information at the top of the page, and
  • On the right-hand side of your remittance coupon.

If you have not received your invoice, below are two other ways to obtain your account number. 

Account Manager Online

  1. Go to accountmanager.ford.com.
  2. Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
  3. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
  4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to the Sign In button on the Ford Credit login page.
  5. After you sign in, locate your account number above the picture of your vehicle.

Ford Credit Mobile App

  1. Download the Ford Credit Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Once the app is downloaded, click Sign In to enter your username and password.
  3. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
  4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to “Don’t have an account?” on the login page.
  5. After you sign in, locate your account number below the picture of your vehicle.
