How do I create an Account Manager online account?

You can create access a Ford Credit account in Account Manager by creating a new account or signing in with your existing Ford account, then linking to Account Manager.

Creating a New Ford Account

1. Go to accountmanager.ford.com.
2. Click Create Account button.
3. Enter your email address. This email address becomes the username you use to log in across all Ford online applications, including Account Manager.
4. Select Request Code.
5. Check your email for the code and enter it.
6. Click Submit.
7. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Create a password. Your email address is pre-populated.
8. Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
9. Click Create Account.
10. Review the confirmation screen. You will also receive an Account Created email.
11. Click Setup for preferred multi-factor authentication (MFA) method to use on future logins.
12. On the Register Your Account page enter your Date of Birth and Full Social Security Number.
13. Click Continue to be routed to Account Manager.

Existing Ford Account (Ford.com, Ford app, or other Ford Software)

1. Go to accountmanager.ford.com.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Enter the username and password for your Ford account, such as Ford.com, Ford app, or other Ford software.
4. A code will be sent to the username email address.
5. Enter code and select Submit.
6. Select Setup for preferred MFA method to use on future logins.
7. On the Register Your Account page enter your Date of Birth and Full Social Security Number.
8. Click Continue to be routed to Account Manager.

What if account creation does not work?

Note: If you see the message "An account with this email address already exists", that email address appears to already be registered with Ford.com, Ford app, or other Ford software.

1. Return to the Sign In screen.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password.
4. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
