Ordering and Next Steps

I have a 2021 model year (MY) Bronco SUV order that was not scheduled, what steps do I need to take to order a 2022 MY?
Existing order holders will need to work with their current dealer to update and confirm their order to reflect new 2022 MY content once the ordering opens on October 13, 2021. We encourage you to explore the Build & Price tool on Ford.com to help configure your build to share with your dealer.

I have a Bronco SUV reservation but have not converted it to an order yet, what steps do I take to order a 2022 MY?
Reservation holders that do not have a Bronco SUV on order will be invited to use the Online Ordering tool via the Build & Price tool on Ford.com or consult with their dealer to place an order for the 2022 MY.

I have a converted order, why can’t I use the online ordering process?
Currently, our systems only allow for non-converted reservations to be eligible for the online reservation to order system. Those with an existing order should work directly with their dealers on confirming their 2022 MY order.

Why do I need to update my order?
Since the 2022 MY Bronco SUV has new available features, all customers will need to go through the process of configuring their Bronco again to ensure their vehicle configurations match their preferred options.

If I place an order for a 2022 MY Bronco vehicle, will I get my Bronco vehicle in 2022?
We encouraged customers to discuss timing with their dealer. We’re continuing to accelerate our molded-in-color (MIC) hardtop roof production and availability, but know that the Bronco four-door model ordered with a soft top will continue to be the quickest way to a Bronco regardless of other commodities selected.

When does scheduling begin for 2022 MY Bronco SUVs?
Scheduling for 2022 MY is expected to begin in late October for production which begins at the end of 2021.

What importance do reservation timestamps have for 2022 MY scheduling?
All Bronco SUV orders will continue to be prioritized according to the time they were reserved, vehicle model and configuration selected, part availability, and the number of vehicles your dealer receives.

Why are only certain accessories visible on the Build and Price website?
Accessories that are currently visible on Build & Price are either production channel accessories or dealer installed options. Both production channel and dealer installed options are visible on your vehicle’s window label and include the cost of labor to install. Accessories not shown in Build & Price are available to be ordered from your dealer and can be included in your financing. However, MSRP price does not include the cost of labor. See
www.Accessories.Ford.com for the full catalog of Bronco SUV accessories.

After placing my order, can I change my Bronco vehicle order without losing my place in line?
Yes, you can change your order up until it is scheduled for production. While your timestamp will remain the same on your order, some elements added or subtracted to your order will affect the speed with which it can be built and delivered.

What is being done by Ford to manage the timing and production of the Bronco SUV?
We are doing everything possible to ensure quality as we roll out the new Ford Bronco vehicle. To thank customers for their patience, we’ve also provided numerous customer satisfaction actions. These efforts have included:

  • Investing in Bronco parts supply chain, including the increased capacity of high-demand parts

2022 MY Pricing

Why are there price increases for the 2022 MY?
Prices change year to year to reflect market realities across all vehicle lines. For reservation holders and order holders as of March 19, 2021, we will price protect the 2021 MY MSRP pricing for a similarly equipped 2022 MY Bronco SUV.

What does price protection for the 2022 MY mean?
Ford will honor 2021 MY MSRP pricing for a similarly equipped vehicle for customers who had a reservation or order as of March 19, 2021. Customers will be issued a certificate that covers the pricing difference from 2021 MY to 2022 MY for their selected series and door configuration for the vehicle they had reserved or on order as of October 1, 2021.

What are the 2022 MY MSRP price protection amounts by series for Bronco two and four-door?

  Bronco two-door Bronco four-door
Base $800 $250
Big Bend™ $400 $250
Black Diamond™ $975 $825
Outer Banks™ $400 $250
Wildtrak™ $800 $695
Badlands™ $975 $825

Why is there no price protection for features and options listed?
Price increases for 22MY were limited to series and door type.

How does the price protection program work?
Customers who qualify for the price protection program will be provided with a certificate for redemption when taking delivery and purchasing their Bronco two-door or four-door model. As a reminder, the final selling price is based on the buyer’s agreement with their selected dealer. Note: Customers are able to apply their certificate to different series for 2022 MY. However, their certificate amount will reflect the series on order as of October 1, 2021.

Does price protection apply to Bronco special editions?
No. The Bronco brand price-protection program only applies to customers and the series offerings as of March 19, 2021.

Will the 2022 MY Bronco two and four-door offer AXZD Plan pricing?
Bronco will offer AZD (A = Employee, Z = Ford Retiree, D = Dealer) Plan pricing for all series excluding Bronco Raptor™. X-plan (X = Friends & Family) will NOT be offered on any Bronco two and four-door models for the 2022 MY.

2021 MY Order Holders

Can you share an update on 2021 MY Bronco vehicle shipments from Michigan Assembly Plant?
We are now shipping both hardtop and soft top Broncos from Michigan Assembly Plant. Additionally, we’ve begun replacing MIC hardtop roofs on those Bronco SUVs awaiting a new roof.

What steps are being taken to ensure my 2021 MY Bronco vehicle is in top condition after waiting at the Michigan Assembly Plant for a roof replacement?
Ford has procedures to ensure that vehicles sitting on the lot remain in good condition. Vehicles are regularly started and repositioned. Vehicles will also undergo a rigorous inspection prior to leaving the factory.

What can I do if I can’t agree to a selling price with my dealer?
Dealers are independent franchises. The final price a customer will pay for any vehicle is agreed between themselves and a dealer that’s at, below, or above MSRP. We recommend that all customers agree to a selling price with their dealer when an order is placed via a signed purchase agreement.

Who can I contact with questions besides my dealer?
Your Ford dealer should be your primary contact for ordering information, delivery timing, and roof replacements. If you have any further questions, please contact a member of our Bronco Support Team at 800-334-4375.
