Moab & Telluride

4 p.m.

Bronco owners will gather at Performance Ford of Moab (1805 S Hwy 191, Moab, UT 84532), where they will be greeted by the Bronco off-road adventures team, undergo a quick vehicle/equipment review checklist, receive a welcome packet, and enjoy light snacks and refreshments (included). The group will depart shortly after orientation for our first camp location, Raven’s Rim, private land located on the outskirts of Moab.

6 p.m.

The onsite team will lead a short session outlining the program flow, safety protocol, and upcoming activities, and answer any questions guests may have. A welcome dinner will be held as participants will get their first taste of off-roading, get to know their fellow Bronco owners, settle into camp, and enjoy an evening around the campfire.

Sunrise to 7 a.m.

Guests will awake to the scent of fresh coffee and enjoy breakfast while the team presents a safety briefing and vehicle recovery demonstration, which will then be followed by a radio/communication check and review of the day's route and destination information.

8 a.m.

Bronco owners will depart camp and access Hell’s Revenge directly from the private property they camped on, getting their first experience on the famed red rocks of Moab. Guides will take opportunities at various stops and along the way to highlight the features of the Bronco when tackling obstacles and showcase vehicle recovery techniques to drivers and participants.

Lunch on the trail (attendees are responsible for all lunches and snacks). After tackling Hell’s Revenge, the group will make the scenic drive to Telluride, Colorado where we’ll overnight in a hotel situated in the heart of the San Juan Mountains.

6 p.m.

Arrive at our hotel in Telluride. Time to take a break from camping and enjoy a hot shower and comfortable bed. Dinner will be held on-property for convenience. The Bronco off-road adventures team will review the day's experiences and have an opportunity to discuss any questions about the ground they traversed as well as review the flow of the next day’s program.

Sunrise to 8 a.m.

Breakfast will be at your leisure this morning. Take the gondola from Mountain Village to charming downtown Telluride — enjoy the morning to explore local cafes and shops.

11 a.m.

Check out and depart. We’ll journey over the San Juan Mountains on shelf roads and connect with the Million Dollar Highway. Our adventure will continue as we make our way to Red Mountain (located more than 2 miles above sea level). Lunch on trail (attendees are responsible for all lunched and snacks). The day will include more advanced experiences now that everyone has some experience and an increased confidence with their Bronco and its capabilities. Stewardship will be the focus of the day, with examples of responsible off-roading highlighted throughout the route and during activities.

5 p.m.

Bronco owners will roll into their final camping location, Red Mountain, to set up camp for the last night on the trail. By now, participants will be well-versed in the setup of their equipment and with their vehicles..

6:30 p.m.

A farewell dinner will be held to celebrate the near completion of the Bronco owners’ off-roading experience. Guides will thank the group for the experience of the last few days and highlight each participant by noting their specific contributions to the group, challenges overcome, and learnings obtained throughout the program. A last night of s’mores will be hosted around the campfire, and a brief overview of the final program day will be given.

Sunrise to 8 a.m.

The last morning of coffee and breakfast outdoors as the now-expert overlanders prepare to break down camp for a final time. Camp breakdown and load up Broncos in preparation for departure.

9 a.m.

Final group meeting and debrief, where participants will have an opportunity to share their experience, learnings, and ask additional questions of the Bronco team to ensure they are fully prepared and excited to tackle off-roading on their own in the future.
