Eligibility to attend the Dark Horse Experience:
Original owners of a 2025/2026 model-year Ford Mustang® Dark Horse®. Owners have one year from the date of delivery to register and attend the Dark Horse Experience, offered for a limited time for each model.
Vehicle ownership is verified by VIN number. Only one owner/eligible participant per vehicle/VIN number is eligible to attend. Owner must be the original owner of the eligible vehicle.
Immediate family of the buyer are eligible to attend in place of the buyer.

Yes – you many bring guest. During your registration, you may purchase a guest seat for either a ‘Non-driving Guest Experience’ or ‘Driving Guest Experience’
Driving Guest Experience // +$1,895
Each Mustang Dark Horse owner has the option to bring one driving guest. The driving guest participates in all the same activities as the owner, including driving elements. *Limited driving-guest spots are available per class.
Driving guest must be 16+ years old to participate and possess a current, valid driver’s license. Drivers under 18 years old will need to have a parental consent form signed on-site.
Non-driving Guest Experience // +$179
Each Mustang Dark Horse owner has the option to bring one non-driving guest. The non-driving guest participates in the reception dinner, classroom instruction, and can watch the on-track excitement. They will also experience the adrenaline rush of an instructor-lead demo lap while in the passenger seat of a Mustang Dark Horse. This selection does not include drive-time for your guest. *Limited spots are available per class.
Non-driving guest must be 14+ years old to participate and will need to have a parental consent form signed on-site.
IMPORTANT: If no GUEST is selected during your registration process, you understand that you are not allowed to bring any guest to the program, this includes both the reception and the driving day.
Yes – Driving participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in any activity on the race track and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
Non-driving guests must be at least 14 years old to participate on-site and ride along for a demo lap.

There is an option to purchase a property damage waiver to limit financial responsibility for damage done to the Ford Mustang Dark Horse used in the Dark Horse Experience program. This option will also be available for the cars used in optional second driving day upgrades. Without the limited liability, the student assumes full financial responsibility up to the vehicle’s full replacement value for any and all damage they do to the vehicle. This option can be purchased during your online registration process or during check-in upon arrival.
Vehicle Damage Waiver
Participant acknowledges and agrees that participating in events at Wheelhouse is inherently dangerous and assumes all risk of loss, except to the extent of Wheelhouse’s gross negligent or willful misconduct, incurred in connection with or otherwise related to participation in events at Wheelhouse. In consideration for Wheelhouse to agree to allow Participant to drive, practice, qualify and/or race in its vehicle and on its track, Participant agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Wheelhouse against any and all claims, demands, actions (including attorney’s fees and costs) liability, losses, damages, injuries (including, without limitation death and dismemberment) and accidents of whatever kind resulting in any way from participating in events at Wheelhouse. Participant further understands and agrees that he/she assumes full financial responsibility up to full replacement value of the Wheelhouse vehicle assigned to Participant (as described below) for any and all damage Participant does to the vehicle. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant may elect (where designated herein) a property damage waiver option and pay additional fee to limit his/her financial responsibility to Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00) for damage done to the vehicle.
POLICIES
1. PARTICIPANT AGREES TO ASSUME FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY UP TO THE LIMIT AGREED FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE. PARTICIPANT ALSO AGREES TO FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S) WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF PARTICIPANT OR OTHERWISE. ONLY PARTICIPANT NAMED ABOVE IS AUTHORIZED TO DREIVE THE ASSIGNED VEHICLE.
2. IF THE VEHICLE SUFFERS MECHANICAL FAILURE, WHEELHOUSE WILL PROVIDE, TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES, A BACKUP VEHICLE.
3. AT ANY TIME, AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHEELHOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE DRIVER FROM THE VEHICLE FOR ANY REASON. WHEELHOUSE ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE AS BACK-UP, RESULTING FROM ASSIGNED VEHICLE BEING DAMAGED. ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLE ASSIGNED WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL LIMITED LIABILITY FEE, IF OPTION IS SELCETED, OTHERWISE PARTICIPANT WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEWLY ASSIGNED VEHICLE. REFUNDS WILL EB AT THE DISCRETION OF WHEELHOUSE.
