‣Lack of adequate text (e.g., symbols, emoji’s and random letters)
Reviews on the product and not the customer’s Sales or Service experience

The dealership you ordered from will accept returns or exchanges of applicable Motorcraft®, Ford Parts, Ford Accessories, and Lincoln Accessories postmarked within 30 days of your receipt; and, credit you within 30 days after return of the part(s).
