Once the conversation starts, you can text your Ford Advisor at any time, excluding certain holidays. * Make sure to save the number for your convenience.

You can have your electric vehicle towed to one of three locations within 50 miles — Choose between a public charging station, your home, or a Ford Dealer.
If you’re more than 50 miles from home, you will be towed to the nearest charge station or Ford Dealer.
