    Cloud-based Connectivity

    By integrating cloud-based connectivity* and conversational voice recognition,** SYNC® 4 27 delivers comprehensive search results and more functionality for customers, including 5G Wi-Fi connectivity, Connected Navigation (1 year of service)†,12 a digital Owner’s Manual and wireless access to Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto. ™161

    †Navigation services require SYNC®4 and FordPass Connect (optional on select vehicles), complimentary connect service and the FordPass app (see FordPass Terms for details). Eligible vehicles receive a complimentary 1-year trial of navigation services that begins on the new vehicle warranty start date. Customers must unlock the navigation service trial by activating the eligible vehicle with a FordPass member account. If not subscribed by the end of the complimentary period, the connected navigation service will terminate, and the system will revert to embedded offline navigation.

    Connected service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.

      The available wireless charging pad accepts a wide range of devices with built-in charging capability. * Simply set your phone with charging side down on the pad, located in the center console, while the vehicle is either running or in accessory mode. When your phone is fully charged, the unit will maintain it even while you’re streaming music or making a call through the SYNC® 4 system.

      Truck Apps

      The 4.2-inch LCD productivity screen or available 12-inch screen displays helpful information about a wide variety of vehicle functions on up to seven screens readily available through My View and easily accessible with controls located on the steering wheel. For towing, you can input, track and save information about specific trailers and manage how you use them. The off-road tools include displays of lateral, vertical and turning radius information as well as the 4x4 system and traction control status.
