How do I schedule a Vehicle Health Report in FordPass®*?

You can schedule a vehicle health report on the Service screen of FordPass, using the steps below. 

Important: This feature is only available in the FordPass App 4.X Experience. To confirm which experience you have, visit our Checking FordPass App Version topic.


Scheduling a Vehicle Health Report

  1. Log in to the FordPass App.
  2. Go to the Service screen.
  3. Tap Vehicle Health Reports
  4. Select Schedule Reports


    • The email is your username by default (unless you have a different contact email associated with your account).
    • Your contact email is separate from your username and can only be edited on the website. 
  5. Slide the Vehicle Health Report toggle from Off to On (left to right).
  6. Tap Select within the Frequency box to make edits and select one of the following options:
    • Monthly
    • Quarterly
    • Semi-annually
    • Annually
  7. Tap Save

Note: FordPass should route you back to the Vehicle screen with a green confirmation banner.
