Chelsea’s parents were the catalyst. They encouraged her to get outside and spend as much quality time as she could there. Today, she carries on that tradition, living large in the natural world with her husband and kids in the mountains of Washington. Her blog “She Colors Nature” is more than a journal covering her countless family adventures – it’s an inspiration for Black, indigenous and people of color to be more active outdoors.
