How do I view my Ford vehicle reservation(s)?

If you made your reservation(s) online, you can verify or check the status on the Ford website. If done through your Ford Dealer, contact them for assistance.

Viewing Your Vehicle Reservation(s)

Choose a dropdown below based on the device you are using:

With a PC or Mac

  1. Go to Ford.com.
  2. Select Acount icon - abstract head and shoulders.
  3. Click Sign In.

  4. Enter your username and password. 
  5. Choose Sign In.
  6. Select Acount icon - abstract head and shoulders.
  7. Click Reservations & Orders.

  8. Click Reservation Details.

Details about your reservation or order will display on the next screen.

With a Mobile Device or Tablet

  1. Go to Ford.com.
  2. Tap the Menu dropdown.

  3. Touch My Account​​​​​.

  4. Select Sign In.

  5. Enter your email address and password.
  6. Tap Sign In.

  7. Touch the Menu dropdown.

  8. Select My Account.

  9. Tap Reservations & Orders.
