• The integrated generator and regenerative braking provide power to the lithium-ion battery, which, in tandem with the 2.5L Atkinson plug-in hybrid engine, offers impressive hybrid EPA-estimated fuel economy^** and performance.
• To maximize battery capability in EV mode, you can easily plug into a standard 120V outlet using the mobile power cord included with your 2025 Escape^® SUV, or an available 240V Level 2 charging station.
• Select EV Coach from your cluster display to optimize your electric driving by displaying real-time information, letting you monitor how your driving behavior affects vehicle efficiency.
• Brake Coach appears after your vehicle has come to a stop and helps you optimize the regenerative braking system so that your driving range can be maximized through proper braking techniques.
