Where do I schedule vehicle service in FordPass®?
To use Online Service Booking (OSB) with FordPass:
- Your vehicle must be added to the app.
- You must have a Preferred Dealer set in the app.
- Your Preferred Dealer must be registered to utilize OSB with the app.
The FordPass app allows you to schedule service appointments with participating dealerships. If your dealership is registered as a OSB dealer, you will see the option to Schedule Service within the app.
If you'd like to schedule an appointment, use the steps below:
- Navigate to the Vehicle landing page.
- Select the Dealer button.
- If you have set your Preferred Dealer, tap Schedule Service and go to step eight.
- Note: If Schedule Service does not appear, the selected dealership is not registered as an OSB dealer.
- If you have set your Preferred Dealer, tap Schedule Service and go to step eight.
- If you have not set your Preferred Dealer, select Find a Dealer.
- You will be presented with a list of Dealers.
- Select a Dealer from the map.
- If the Dealer participates in the OSB program, the Online Service Booking tab will appear in the preview box.
- Once you have selected a participating Dealer, tap Schedule Service.
- Select your vehicle that requires service.
- You can also add another vehicle if needed by selecting the Add a new Ford vehicle tab.
- If you need to schedule service for another vehicle, select Schedule Other Vehicle.
- Tap Schedule Service.
- The app will route you to the dealer appointment site using your phone's native browser.
- Enter the required information as directed by the site.
- Once you've confirmed your vehicle, service(s), appointment, and your information select Book.
- You should receive a confirmation email from the Dealership.
Note: After you complete your Online Service Booking, you will not have the ability to view, edit, or cancel your scheduled services in the app. Please contact your Dealer directly for any changes.
