What do I do if I receive a Location Save Error while setting up my Ford Connected Charge Station?

If you receive a Location Save Error message while setting up your Ford Connected Charge Station, complete the following:

  1. Log in to the FordPass®* App.
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Your Charge Station
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. Select and delete the address in the Address field.
  6. Type your address in the Address field and select it from the predictive list.
  7. Tap Save.
  8. Select Next on the CONFIRM YOUR STATION'S LOCATION screen. A banner message will show confirming the address has been updated.
