How long will service take?

Every service is different. You’ll discuss timing when you book your appointment.

How will I receive updates about my vehicle service?

Your dealership will contact you however you like: phone, text or email.

Will my vehicle only get service at the dealership I choose?

Yes.

Is the Ford Pickup & Delivery program available for all repairs?

All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is driveable and not part of a roadside collision. Does not include parts or repair charges.

How do I know which maintenance services I need?

Check the service tab in your FordPass® App or log in with your vehicle details to find your maintenance schedule here.

Are there any distance restrictions for Ford Pickup & Delivery?

Distance restrictions may apply. Contact your preferred dealer to confirm.

How much does Ford Pickup & Delivery cost?

This program is complimentary for FordPass® Rewards Tier members. Each Tier offers different rewards and exclusive experiences:

 

  • Blue Tier: Unlimited Ford Pickup & Delivery for a year
  • Silver Tier: Two complimentary Ford Pickup & Delivery services each year
  • Bronze Tier: One complimentary Ford Pickup & Delivery service each year

 

Each additional Ford Pickup & Delivery service for Silver and Bronze Tier members is available for 10,000 FordPass Rewards Points. Terms and conditions apply.

Am I eligible for Ford Pickup & Delivery service?

All FordPass® Rewards members are eligible for this service. The number of times you can use the service depends on your membership Tier. You can sign up for FordPass Rewards here or when you download the FordPass App.

Can Ford Pickup & Delivery be used with Roadside Assistance?

Not at this time.

Will I get a loaner vehicle?

Loaner vehicles are at the discretion of the dealership, so please confirm when you schedule your service. Alternative options may be offered as well.

How do I resolve billing issues?

All billing and payment questions should be directed to your Ford Dealer.

Can I use coupons for service through Ford Pickup & Delivery?

Yes, all rebates and special offers apply.

How do I make changes or cancel my Ford Pickup & Delivery time?
