Unable to schedule an online payment?

Some users may be unable to successfully schedule an online payment until they clear their Internet "Cookies and Cache". To delete your "Cookies and Cache", please utilize the following steps for your particular browser.

For Internet Explorer users:

  1. Select "Tools"
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Select "General" tab
  4. Ensure the "Preserve Favorites website data" box is not checked
  5. Select Delete temporary files, history, cookies
  6. Ensure the following are checked:
    • Temporary Internet files
    • Cookies
    • Form data
  7. Click "Delete" tab
  8. Click "Apply" then "OK"
  9. Close Browser, open new Browser and login to Account Manager

For Firefox users:

  1. Select "Tools", then "Options"
  2. Select "Advanced" tab
  3. Select "Network" tab
  4. Select "Clear Now"
  5. Select "Privacy" tab
  6. Click "Remove All Cookies"
  7. Click "clear your recent history"
  8. Clear Recent History Window is displayed
  9. Be sure all items are checked, then click "Clear Now"
  10. Click "Content" tab and confirm "Enable JavaScript" is checked
  11. Click "OK"
  12. Close Browser, open new Browser and login to Account Manager

For Chrome Users

  1. Select "Menu"
  2. Select "History"
  3. Click "Clear browsing data"
  4. Ensure the following are checked:
    • Browsing history
    • Download history
    • Cookies and other site and plugin data
    • Cached images and files

Once these steps are taken, please attempt to schedule your payment again. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please contact Customer Service.
