Returning Documents for Processing
We are unable to accept or send email attachments. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Please follow these steps to send a copy of the document to us electronically through Account Manager:
- Login to Account Manager
- Select "Correspondence" from the "Services" tab
- Scroll down to the "Document Upload" section
- Select what type of document you are uploading from the drop down menu. If not listed, select "Other"
- Click "Browse" and select file to upload. Acceptable file types include jpeg, jpg, png, gif and pdf
- Click "Upload". Once the upload has been completed, you will be able to preview the document, if desired
- Click "Submit"
- Click "Continue"
- A confirmation message will display. Click "Close" to return to the previous screen
NOTE: Please use this option only to send files we have requested to be returned for processing.
