1. What is an online order?
An order sends your vehicle configuration to your selected Dealer who will then process your order request.
By submitting an order and completing the order process, you are not purchasing a vehicle. Ordering does not guarantee you vehicle delivery. Your order does not guarantee a set-price for the vehicle.
2. Am I ordering this vehicle directly from Ford?
The Mustang Mach-E order is being placed on your behalf by your selected Ford EV Certified Dealer.
3. What is the Dealer Selling Price?
The Dealer selling price is the price the Dealer is willing to sell the vehicle to you in a purchase transaction. The Dealer selling price excludes Dealer installed options, available incentives (including AXZD-Plans pricing for qualified customers). Not all vehicles qualify for AXZD-Plans. This does not take into account governmental taxes and fees, or Dealer fees. The Dealer’s final selling price may be subject to change. All current available incentives (including AXZD-Plans pricing) and fees will be applied at purchase. See your Dealer for details.
4. What is a Dealer Deposit?
This is the deposit your Dealer will receive to process your online Mustang Mach-E order. Your Dealer Deposit will be applied towards the purchase price of the Vehicle.
By paying a Dealer Deposit, you are agreeing to the Dealer’s selling price for your selected vehicle.
NOTE: Dealer Deposit refund policy may vary based on your selected Dealer. Please ask your Dealer for their refund policy before you place your order.
5. What happens to the $500 Reservation Deposit paid to Ford, when I order my Mustang Mach-E?
The reservation deposit will be refunded back to your original form of payment within 10 days after you place your order.
6. Can I change my reservation configuration before I submit my order?
Yes, you can modify your configuration prior to order (this excludes First Edition reservationists, please contact Dealer to make changes.)
7. When can I order my Mustang Mach-E GT?
Mustang Mach-E GT Reservationists will be notified by Ford to order their vehicle at a later date.
8. What if I reserved a Mustang Mach-E GT and would like to order a different Model to get it sooner?
Please cancel your original reservation and submit a new order for your new model.
9. Can I change or update my vehicle after I submit my order?
After ordering your Mustang Mach-E vehicle, please contact your Dealer to update or change your vehicle order.
10. What is the deadline to convert my order?
Mustang Mach-E reservationists will have until the end of 2020 to submit their 21MY Mustang Mach-E orders (except for First Edition & GT). If no action is taken on your online reservation by then, it will be cancelled, and your reservation deposit will be returned to your credit/debit card.
Note: First Edition Reservationists ordering should be completed by August 1, 2020.
11. Can I call or visit my Dealer to place my order?
Yes, your Ford EV Certified Dealer can assist with submitting and processing your Mustang Mach-E order.
12. What if I would like to change my Dealership prior to order?
If you would like to change the Dealership associated with the reservation prior to ordering, please contact a Ford Customer Experience Representative at 800-392-3673
13. When will I take delivery of my vehicle?
Actual delivery times may vary based on vehicle model and configuration selected, residency & demand. Once your vehicle is scheduled, you will receive further notification.
