Vehicle Health Report

Your Vehicle Health Report (VHR) is a personalized online statement of your vehicle's health, including system information and recommended actions to take. Here's how it works: first, take a minute or two to register at SYNC Owner. At this time, you can set it up to send you a text message or email when your report is ready.99 You can also set up SYNC® to automatically remind you to run a Vehicle Health Report when it's time to perform scheduled maintenance. Then, anytime you're driving, just say "Vehicle Health" for an online report to be created for your vehicle and available in your account back at SYNC Owner. Using vehicle data, the report includes system information and recommended actions for any displayed warning indicators, open recalls, Ford scheduled maintenance and unserviced maintenance and wear items from previous dealer visits. Go ahead and print the report or, in one click, be at your favorite dealer's website with your health report information, so you can schedule service immediately online if needed.

The vehicle's electrical system (including the battery), the wireless service provider's signal and a connected mobile phone must all be available and operating for 911 Assist to function properly. These systems may become damaged in a crash. The paired mobile phone must be connected to SYNC, and the 911 Assist feature enabled, in order for 911 to be dialed. When the feature is ON, 911 Assist uses your paired and connected mobile phone to assist occupants to contact emergency services by dialing 911 if your airbag deploys or, on certain vehicles, if the emergency fuel pump shut-off is activated.
