All-Wheel Drive Standard

Codeveloped with EVOC instructors, the standard “preemptive” AWD (all-wheel-drive) system has been specifically designed and calibrated to complement pursuit driving. By distributing torque to all four wheels, the AWD system provides improved handling stability and traction, compared to two-wheel-drive vehicles, on surfaces ranging from dry pavement to snow- and ice-covered roads. In addition, the AWD system puts more control directly in the hands of officers, with its ability to transfer torque before wheelslip occurs.
